R ecently, I spent two wonderful weeks in France; first a week in Paris followed by a week in Southern France, where I spent several days in Aix-En-Provence. Walking around one day I came across an aquarium store, and as an aquarist I, of course, had to check it out. Much to my surprise it was a wonderfully managed establishment. The staff was knowledgeable and all of the equipment was first rate. The health of the live stock showed the excellence of their husbandry.
