Revision de Producto: Analisis espectral de lamparas MH de 400W: Giesemann, Krystal Star, South Pacific Sunlight, BLV, Catalina
Introducción
Nueve lámparas nuevas de 400W fueron probadas con siete diferentes balastras. Las lámparas están listadas en la Tabla 1. Estas lámparas fueron probadas utilizando identica instalación a la de mis pruebas anteriores, para permitir una comparación directa entre lámparas.

Discusión
La figura 10, muestra una comparación de las 3 lámparas alemanas, la Giesmann Marine y Coral y la BLV Nepturion 14000 cuando funcionan en la misma balastra - la balastra electrónica EVC. El Giesmann Marine difiere de los otros 2en espectro, mientras que la Coral y la BLV Nepturion parecen ser espectralmente muy similares. La Figura 11, muestra la comparación de todas las lámparas South Pacific en balastra magnetica M59, y es muy claro que inclusive la de lampara 10000K aparenta ser muy azul. La lámpara Catalina Reefgrow es muy similar a otras lámparas de "20000K" en el mercado.
