Recently there's been a lot of news about innovations in reefkeeping lighting. First, halides domanated the market and allowed us to keep many light demanding corals in our care. We've covered the advances in halides, ballasts, and reflectors in depth here at Advanced Aquarist. Then T5 lighting made inroads. Now there's LED lighting that's making a huge splash with lighting advances coming along every month. We've covered it in addition to the folks over at ReefBuilders, Glassbox-Design, and Practical Fishkeeping.

We'd love to hear what your thoughts are on reefkeeping lighting -- T5's, halides, LEDs, solar, etc. Sound off in the comments below!
