Alien green reef worm either gross or beautiful

A Taiwanese fisherman brought ashore this mysterious bright forest-green worm, presumably a species of ribbon worm (phylum Nemertea). As if the worm wasn't strange enough, it's got an outrageously long, pink "tongue" (AKA proboscis) with a life of its own.
