AquaMaxx releases 19 aquariums in 5 shapes for freshwater and saltwater hobbyists alike

Aquarium product developer AquaMaxx announced the release of 19 new glass aquariums this week, ranging in size from 2.6 gallons all the way up to 64.8 gallons. All of the tanks are handcrafted using low-iron, non-tempered glass.

There are five shapes to choose from:

Low-iron glass gives the tanks a stunning clarity that allows aquarium owners to see their fish, corals and aquatic plants like never before. Coupled with clear silicone and polished edges, the tanks have the high-end look of Aqua Design Amano (ADA) tanks for a fraction of the cost.

To ensure maximum durability, AquaMaxx only uses the highest quality German Wacker brand silicone which is specifically formulated for aquarium use. A three-dimensional laser-etched AquaMaxx insignia is embedded in the glass in the upper right-hand corner of each tank for an extra touch of coolness.

The three largest aquariums—48.2, 57 and 64.2 gallons—are considered Premium models because they have been built using extra-thick 12mm (½”) glass rather than the standard 3/8” thick glass often used in other aquariums in this size range. The extra thickness makes the aquariums more durable and gives them a more luxurious look and feel.

Each aquarium AquaMaxx builds at their design studio is individually leak tested and inspected for quality assurance by true tank artisans who understand the importance of fabricating an immaculate home for aquatic life.

The high quality and low cost of AquaMaxx rimless aquariums are sure to make them a popular choice among freshwater and saltwater (marine and reef) hobbyists alike in the months and years to come.
