Destination Reefs: Sulawesi (Week 2)

The odd couple

Last week, we introduced you to Sulawesi’s coral gardens, muddy wonderland, and some of the most incredible macro reef footage.  We continue our trip with an award-winning short documentary “Tiny Wonders of North Sulawesi” followed by three more top-notch videos.

Octopus, cuttelfish, frogfish, cardinalfish, pufferfish, leaffish, pygmy seahorses, nudibranchs, tube anemones, echinoderms, crabs and shrimps of all types —  the biodiversity in Sulawesi is mind-boggling!  We challenge you to identify all the creatures in just one of these videos.

The Destination Reefs video series showcases the diversity of coral reefs around the world.  Through these high quality videos, Advanced Aquarist hopes we can all gain a greater appreciation of reef life beyond our glass boxes.
