On the morning of October 8, 2006, Bruce Carlson dived Kisan, Soloman Islands. Carried by a strong current, he recorded incredible footage of a seemingly endless Acropora thicket. 100% coral coverage is a beautiful thing.
Dr. Bruce Carlson is a former director of Waikiki Aquarium and current science officer at the Georgia Aquarium. He says in his video description: "I eventually veered to the left to get out of the current before it swept me off the island but I could see that the coral bed extended well beyond where I left off." Simply awesome!
