A 15-story copper pufferfish. We've seen it all.

The construction of this viewing tower (with no other practical purpose) has polarized the citizens of Yangzhong county.  While some residents find pride in this soon-to-be "world largest" landmark, others have criticized the government for wasteful spending.  Jiangsu province is on record as having the biggest debt in all of China, but city managers claim their debt is manageable through land sales.
